Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2026

Last Updated: July 31, 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs processing times, shipment representations, packaging, carriers, tracking, delivery estimates, delayed orders, lost or damaged shipments, customs, international delivery, pre-orders, fulfillment records, and related physical-product obligations through Good Shit Only™.

Good Shit Only™ is operated by CrownThrive LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Except when CrownThrive LLC is expressly identified as the seller or fulfillment provider, independent sellers are responsible for packaging, shipment, tracking, delivery, carrier selection, customs documentation, and fulfillment of their marketplace orders.

This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the Terms & Conditions, Seller Agreement, Buyer Protection & Buyer Rules, Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy, Payments, Fees & PayPal Payouts Policy, and other applicable Trust Center policies.

By publishing or purchasing a physical-product listing, accepting or fulfilling an order, providing tracking information, or submitting a shipping-related claim, you agree to this Policy.

1. Scope and Marketplace Roles

This Policy applies to physical products ordered through the authorized GSO checkout.

Unless GSO expressly identifies itself as the seller or fulfillment provider:

  • The seller controls fulfillment;
  • The seller is responsible for shipment representations;
  • The seller is responsible for lawful packaging and labeling;
  • The seller is responsible for carrier compliance;
  • The seller is responsible for reasonable delivery support;
  • GSO provides marketplace records, payment administration, support, and enforcement.

2. Seller Fulfillment Responsibility

A seller must:

  • Fulfill the correct order;
  • Ship within the promised or applicable period;
  • Use an appropriate carrier and service level;
  • Package the product safely;
  • Provide truthful shipment information;
  • Provide tracking where required;
  • Communicate material delays;
  • Maintain fulfillment records;
  • Comply with shipping, customs, export, product, and carrier laws.

A seller remains responsible for employees, warehouses, manufacturers, contractors, dropshippers, and fulfillment services used to perform the order.

3. Processing Times

A listing must clearly state a realistic processing period when the product will not ship promptly.

Processing time should account for:

  • Order review;
  • Production;
  • Customization;
  • Inventory preparation;
  • Packaging;
  • Business days;
  • Known seasonal volume;
  • Supplier or fulfillment dependencies.

A seller may not advertise an unrealistically short processing period solely to attract purchases.

4. Shipment Representations

A seller must have a reasonable, good-faith basis for every express or implied shipment representation.

Statements such as the following may create shipment expectations:

  • “Ships in 48 hours”;
  • “Same-day shipping”;
  • “In stock”;
  • “Ready to ship”;
  • “Ships this week”;
  • A displayed processing range;
  • A checkout shipment date;
  • Another statement reasonably understood as a shipment commitment.

Shipment means transfer of the merchandise to the carrier, unless the listing clearly states that a different event is being described.

5. Orders Without a Stated Shipping Period

For merchandise covered by applicable federal shipment rules, when no shipment period is clearly and conspicuously stated, the seller must generally have a reasonable basis to ship within thirty days after receiving a properly completed order.

Sellers should state processing and shipment periods rather than relying on the default period.

6. Properly Completed Orders

A properly completed order generally requires:

  • Successful payment or valid payment authorization;
  • The information reasonably necessary to fulfill the order;
  • A valid delivery address;
  • Required customization information;
  • Required buyer approvals;
  • Satisfaction of age, location, or legal requirements.

A seller’s fulfillment period may be paused or recalculated when:

  • Payment fails;
  • The address is incomplete;
  • The buyer has not supplied required information;
  • A customization proof is awaiting approval;
  • Another material buyer dependency remains unresolved.

7. Inventory and Supply

Sellers must maintain reasonably accurate inventory and supply information.

Before making a shipment representation, a seller should reasonably consider:

  • Available inventory;
  • Supplier capacity;
  • Expected demand;
  • Production capacity;
  • Fulfillment staffing;
  • Carrier availability;
  • Seasonal conditions;
  • Known disruptions.

A seller may not knowingly accept orders for unavailable merchandise without clearly disclosing the pre-order, backorder, or future-delivery status.

8. Packaging and Labeling

Sellers must package products in a manner reasonably appropriate for:

  • Weight;
  • Fragility;
  • Temperature sensitivity;
  • Moisture sensitivity;
  • Contamination risk;
  • Tamper risk;
  • Value;
  • Carrier handling;
  • Applicable legal requirements.

Packages must include accurate labels, addresses, customs information, hazard markings, age restrictions, and other required information.

Sellers may not conceal, falsify, or materially misdescribe package contents.

9. Carrier Selection

The seller may select the carrier unless the listing or checkout provides the buyer with an approved choice.

The selected service must be reasonably capable of meeting the seller’s disclosed commitment.

A seller should not use a materially slower service than the service purchased by the buyer.

GSO does not control carrier routes, staffing, weather response, inspections, delivery attempts, or final handling.

10. Tracking and Proof of Shipment

GSO may require valid tracking for:

  • All shipped orders;
  • Orders above a stated value;
  • New sellers;
  • High-risk categories;
  • International shipments;
  • Orders subject to a claim;
  • Other identified transactions.

Tracking must correspond to:

  • The correct order;
  • The appropriate carrier;
  • The applicable destination;
  • A shipment date consistent with the order;
  • A package reasonably connected to the purchased product.

False, recycled, unrelated, manipulated, or misleading tracking is prohibited.

11. Delivery Estimates

A delivery estimate is generally not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Delivery estimates may be affected by:

  • Carrier operations;
  • Weather;
  • Customs;
  • Government inspections;
  • Remote locations;
  • Holidays;
  • Address problems;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Labor disruptions;
  • Other circumstances outside reasonable control.

A seller must not present a delivery estimate as guaranteed unless the seller has a reasonable basis and intends to honor the guarantee.

12. Delayed Shipment

When a seller learns that covered merchandise cannot be shipped within the promised or applicable period, the seller must act promptly.

The seller must either:

  • Provide the buyer with an appropriate delay option and revised shipment information; or
  • Cancel the affected unshipped order and provide the required refund.

A seller may not silently leave a paid order open beyond the shipment commitment.

Where buyer consent is required, the delay notice must provide a meaningful opportunity to:

  • Accept the revised shipment period;
  • Reject the delay;
  • Cancel the order;
  • Obtain the applicable refund.

The notice should clearly state what will happen if the buyer does not respond.

Renewed delays may require affirmative buyer consent rather than silence, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

14. Cancellation and Refund for Delay

An unshipped order must be canceled and refunded when:

  • The seller determines shipment cannot occur;
  • The buyer rejects a delay;
  • Required consent to delay is not obtained;
  • The seller misses the applicable delayed shipment date without obtaining any further required consent;
  • The seller fails to provide the legally required delay option;
  • Applicable law otherwise requires cancellation.

A delay-related refund must include the amount properly attributable to the unshipped merchandise and any associated charges required by law or policy.

15. Substitutions

A seller may not replace the ordered product with materially different merchandise without the buyer’s express agreement.

Material differences may include:

  • Brand;
  • Model;
  • Design;
  • Color;
  • Size;
  • Material;
  • Condition;
  • Function;
  • Quantity;
  • Promoted use;
  • Other characteristics likely to affect the purchase decision.

A buyer may voluntarily approve a substitution through a documented marketplace communication.

16. Pre-Orders, Backorders, and Future Delivery

A pre-order or backorder listing must clearly disclose:

  • That the product is not presently ready to ship;
  • The expected shipment period;
  • Material production or supply dependencies;
  • Cancellation rights;
  • Refund terms;
  • Any quantity limitations;
  • Whether dates are estimates;
  • Other material conditions.

A seller must have a reasonable basis for a future shipment representation.

A seller may not collect payment for a merely speculative product while falsely implying that shipment is assured.

GSO may apply extended payout holds or reserves to pre-orders and future-delivery products.

17. Split and Partial Shipments

A seller may divide an order into multiple shipments when:

  • The listing or checkout permits it;
  • The buyer agrees;
  • Operationally reasonable fulfillment requires it;
  • The buyer is not charged an undisclosed additional amount.

The seller must provide available tracking for each package.

If part of an order cannot be fulfilled, the seller must address the unshipped portion according to the applicable cancellation and refund requirements.

18. Shipping Addresses

The buyer must provide a complete and accurate address.

The seller should ship to the address shown in the approved GSO transaction record unless an authorized change is documented.

A buyer may be financially responsible for reshipment or loss caused by an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.

19. Address Changes

An address-change request is not effective until accepted and documented by the seller or GSO.

A seller should not redirect a package to an unverified address when doing so would create fraud, payment-protection, or delivery risk.

An order may need to be canceled and replaced rather than redirected.

20. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery evidence may include:

  • Carrier tracking;
  • Delivery scan;
  • Signature;
  • Photograph;
  • GPS or location record;
  • Locker record;
  • Building or mailroom receipt;
  • Buyer acknowledgment;
  • Other reliable evidence.

GSO may evaluate all available evidence when delivery is disputed.

21. Signature and High-Value Delivery

GSO or a seller may require signature confirmation, identification, insurance, adult signature, or another enhanced delivery method for:

  • High-value products;
  • Age-restricted products;
  • Fraud-sensitive transactions;
  • Products requiring documented custody;
  • Other appropriate orders.

The buyer is responsible for arranging receipt where signature is required.

22. Lost Shipments

When tracking does not show completed delivery, the seller must reasonably assist with:

  • Carrier inquiries;
  • Tracing;
  • Insurance claims;
  • Replacement review;
  • Refund review;
  • Buyer communication.

GSO may require the seller to replace or refund an order when reliable delivery evidence is unavailable and the circumstances support non-delivery.

23. Packages Missing After Delivery

When tracking shows delivery but the buyer cannot locate the package, the buyer should:

  • Verify the address;
  • Check entrances and designated delivery areas;
  • Check with household members;
  • Check with neighbors or building personnel;
  • Contact the carrier;
  • Notify the seller promptly;
  • Provide an incident report where reasonably requested.

GSO will evaluate the available evidence but does not guarantee reimbursement for theft occurring after completed delivery.

24. Damaged Shipments

A buyer should document shipping damage promptly with photographs of:

  • The exterior package;
  • The shipping label;
  • Internal packaging;
  • The damaged product;
  • Serial or product identifiers;
  • Any missing components.

The buyer should retain the product and packaging while the claim is reviewed.

The seller must reasonably cooperate with carrier and insurance claims.

25. Misdelivery and Wrong Addresses

A seller is responsible when the seller ships to an address different from the approved transaction address without authorization.

A buyer may be responsible when:

  • The buyer supplied the wrong address;
  • The buyer requested an unauthorized redirect;
  • The buyer failed to provide required unit or access information;
  • The buyer otherwise caused the delivery failure.

26. Refused and Undeliverable Packages

If a buyer refuses delivery or the package is returned as undeliverable:

  • The seller should notify the buyer;
  • The buyer may be responsible for reshipment costs when the buyer caused the issue;
  • Original shipping may be non-refundable where lawful;
  • The seller may deduct lawful return-carrier charges;
  • The order may be treated as abandoned after reasonable notice and subject to applicable law.

A buyer should not refuse delivery as a substitute for following an authorized return process unless instructed.

27. International Shipping

A seller offering international shipping must evaluate:

  • Export eligibility;
  • Import restrictions;
  • Carrier availability;
  • Customs documentation;
  • Duties and taxes;
  • Product classification;
  • Sanctions restrictions;
  • Delivery risk;
  • Return feasibility.

International delivery may require longer processing and may be subject to customs delay.

28. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

Unless the listing states otherwise, the buyer may be responsible for lawful:

  • Import duties;
  • Customs taxes;
  • Brokerage charges;
  • Handling fees;
  • Government assessments;
  • Required inspections.

The seller must provide accurate product descriptions and values.

The seller may not mark a commercial purchase as a gift or understate value to evade duties.

29. Export Controls and Sanctions

Users may not ship products:

  • To prohibited persons or locations;
  • In violation of sanctions;
  • In violation of export controls;
  • Using false end-user information;
  • For prohibited end uses;
  • Through intermediaries intended to evade restrictions.

GSO or the seller may cancel or hold an order for compliance review.

30. Restricted and Hazardous Materials

A seller must comply with all laws and carrier rules concerning:

  • Hazardous materials;
  • Batteries;
  • Aerosols;
  • Liquids;
  • Flammables;
  • Chemicals;
  • Perishables;
  • Temperature-controlled products;
  • Age-restricted products;
  • Other regulated materials.

Products prohibited by GSO may not be shipped through the marketplace even when a carrier would accept them.

31. Dropshipping and Third-Party Fulfillment

A seller using a manufacturer, warehouse, print-on-demand service, dropshipper, or other fulfillment provider remains responsible for:

  • Inventory accuracy;
  • Product quality;
  • Listing accuracy;
  • Shipment timing;
  • Packaging;
  • Tracking;
  • Returns;
  • Safety;
  • Customer support;
  • Legal compliance.

A seller may not use an unauthorized retail-arbitrage fulfillment method that causes another retailer’s receipt, branding, membership information, or customer data to be improperly sent to the buyer.

32. Shipping Insurance

A seller may purchase shipping insurance or include an authorized insurance charge where clearly disclosed.

If a seller charges a buyer for shipping protection or insurance, the seller must honor the disclosed protection terms.

Insurance does not eliminate the seller’s marketplace fulfillment responsibilities.

33. Seller Recordkeeping

Sellers should retain:

  • Order receipt date;
  • Payment-confirmation date;
  • Promised processing period;
  • Promised shipment period;
  • Inventory records;
  • Delay notices;
  • Buyer consent or cancellation response;
  • Shipment date;
  • Carrier and service;
  • Tracking number;
  • Delivery confirmation;
  • Insurance records;
  • Return and refund records;
  • Relevant communications.

GSO may request these records during payout, dispute, safety, fraud, or compliance review.

34. Shipping Claims

Shipping concerns should be reported through the Help Center using the appropriate ticket type.

A claim should include:

  • Order number;
  • Seller name;
  • Carrier;
  • Tracking number;
  • Delivery address confirmation;
  • Description of the problem;
  • Photographs where relevant;
  • Carrier case number where available;
  • Requested resolution.

Applicable claim periods are stated in Buyer Protection and the Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy.

35. GSO Review and Enforcement

GSO may:

  • Request tracking or fulfillment evidence;
  • Require a delay notice;
  • Cancel an unshipped order;
  • Issue or require a refund;
  • Require replacement;
  • Hold seller proceeds;
  • Apply a reserve;
  • Restrict listings;
  • Restrict shipping destinations;
  • Suspend seller activity;
  • Terminate repeated or serious violators.

36. Disclaimers

GSO is not a shipping carrier and does not control third-party carrier operations.

Except where CrownThrive expressly provides fulfillment, GSO does not guarantee:

  • Shipment by a seller;
  • Delivery by a particular date;
  • Carrier performance;
  • Customs clearance;
  • Recovery of a stolen package;
  • Approval of a carrier insurance claim;
  • Availability of a particular shipping service.

Nothing in this section limits liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit GSO or the seller to exclude.

37. Changes to This Policy

GSO may update this Policy prospectively to reflect legal, carrier, marketplace, fulfillment, customs, safety, or operational changes.

Material changes may be communicated through listings, seller dashboards, checkout, account notices, or email where required.
