Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2026

Last Updated: July 31, 2026

This Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy governs order cancellations, physical-product returns, digital-product concerns, service cancellations, membership cancellations, exchanges, replacements, refunds, store credits, return shipping, and related transaction remedies through Good Shit Only™.

Good Shit Only™ is operated by CrownThrive LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. In this Policy, “Good Shit Only,” “GSO,” “CrownThrive,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CrownThrive LLC and the Good Shit Only marketplace.

Except when CrownThrive LLC is expressly identified as the seller, products and services available through GSO are sold by independent sellers. Each seller is responsible for publishing and honoring lawful return, refund, cancellation, exchange, warranty, and fulfillment terms for that seller’s offerings.

This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the Good Shit Only Terms & Conditions, Seller Agreement, Buyer Protection & Buyer Rules, Payments, Fees & PayPal Payouts Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Digital Products & Licensing Policy, Services & Appointment Policy, Membership Plan Terms, and other applicable Trust Center policies.

By placing an order, publishing a listing, accepting an order, requesting a cancellation, initiating a return, issuing or receiving a refund, or otherwise using a transaction-related feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

Nothing in this Policy eliminates a refund, cancellation, warranty, return, or other remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

1. Scope and General Principles

1.1 Covered Transactions

This Policy applies to eligible transactions completed through the authorized GSO checkout, including physical products, digital products, licenses, services, appointments, memberships, custom products, and other permitted offerings.

1.2 Independent Seller Responsibility

Unless CrownThrive LLC is expressly identified as the seller, the independent seller is responsible for the offering and the first-line handling of cancellations, returns, exchanges, replacements, warranties, refunds, and customer support.

1.3 GSO Review

GSO may review a transaction, facilitate communication, issue or require a remedy, reverse seller proceeds, or take enforcement action under Buyer Protection, this Policy, another applicable policy, or law.

1.4 No Universal Satisfaction Guarantee

GSO does not provide a universal change-of-mind or satisfaction guarantee for every marketplace offering.

1.5 Mandatory Rights Preserved

Seller policies may provide rights beyond those required by law, but they may not eliminate remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.

2. Seller Return Policies

2.1 Required Disclosure

Each seller must clearly disclose all material return and cancellation terms before purchase, including:

  • Whether change-of-mind returns are accepted;
  • The applicable return-request period;
  • The required condition of returned products;
  • Whether original packaging is required;
  • Who pays return shipping;
  • Whether a restocking fee applies;
  • Whether exchanges or replacements are available;
  • Which products are final sale or otherwise restricted;
  • Applicable cancellation deadlines;
  • Refund processing terms;
  • Any lawful category-specific conditions.

2.2 Listing-Specific Terms

The return terms shown on the applicable listing or checkout record form part of the transaction agreement.

2.3 No Displayed Change-of-Mind Policy

If a seller does not clearly offer change-of-mind returns, a buyer does not automatically receive a voluntary right to return an accurately described, conforming product solely because the buyer changed their mind, subject to mandatory law.

2.4 Conflicting Terms

A seller may not apply terms materially less favorable than the terms presented when the buyer completed the transaction.

2.5 Seller Enforcement

GSO may require a seller to honor the seller’s published return policy.

3. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in a listing, seller policy, final-sale statement, digital-delivery notice, service agreement, or other marketplace term eliminates rights concerning:

  • Non-delivery;
  • Material misdescription;
  • Defective products;
  • Incorrect products;
  • Missing material components;
  • Unauthorized substitutions;
  • Unsafe or recalled products;
  • Counterfeit or unlawfully supplied products;
  • Services not materially performed as agreed;
  • Digital products that are inaccessible because of seller fault;
  • Other rights and remedies required by applicable law.

A “no refunds” or “final sale” statement applies only to the extent lawful and does not excuse fraud, non-delivery, material misdescription, safety violations, or other non-waivable obligations.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

4.1 Seller Choice

A seller may choose whether to accept a voluntary return because the buyer:

  • Changed their mind;
  • No longer wants the product;
  • Ordered the wrong size or variation despite accurate disclosures;
  • Found another product or price;
  • No longer needs the item;
  • Has another subjective preference unrelated to a covered defect.

4.2 Seller Terms Control

Change-of-mind returns are governed by the seller’s policy displayed before purchase.

4.3 Costs

For a voluntary return, the buyer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping;
  • Original shipping charges;
  • A clearly disclosed and lawful restocking fee;
  • Loss in value caused by use, damage, missing components, or inadequate packaging;
  • Other clearly disclosed lawful costs.

4.4 Excluded Products

A seller may lawfully exclude custom, personalized, perishable, intimate, hygienic, downloadable, opened, consumed, clearance, or other identified categories from voluntary returns.

5. Covered Order Problems

A buyer may seek review when an eligible order involves:

  • No shipment or delivery;
  • Materially late shipment where timing was required;
  • A materially incorrect product;
  • Material damage upon delivery;
  • A material defect existing at delivery;
  • A product materially different from its description;
  • Missing material components;
  • An unauthorized material substitution;
  • A materially inaccessible or defective digital product;
  • A service not materially performed as agreed;
  • A counterfeit, prohibited, stolen, recalled, or unsafe product;
  • Another issue covered by Buyer Protection or mandatory law.

6. Physical-Product Claim and Return Windows

6.1 Default Covered-Problem Period

When no more specific period is displayed, a buyer should report physical-product damage, defects, incorrect items, missing material components, or material misdescription no later than fourteen days after recorded delivery.

6.2 Voluntary Return Period

A voluntary change-of-mind return must be requested within the seller’s published return period.

6.3 Discovery After Delivery

A latent defect that could not reasonably have been discovered during the ordinary claim period may be reviewed according to the product warranty, applicable law, and the facts presented.

6.4 Prompt Inspection

Buyers should inspect delivered products promptly and preserve relevant packaging and evidence.

6.5 No Shortening of Statutory Rights

An internal claim period does not shorten a statutory limitation period or eliminate a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not permit GSO or the seller to restrict.

7. Non-Delivery Claims

7.1 Default Claim Period

When no more specific period applies, a buyer should report non-delivery promptly and generally no later than thirty days after the latest estimated delivery date.

7.2 No Estimated Delivery Date

If no estimated delivery date was provided, GSO may calculate a reasonable reporting period using the order date, seller processing time, shipping method, destination, tracking, and applicable law.

7.3 Delivered Carrier Status

A carrier’s delivered status may be considered but is not automatically conclusive when reliable contrary evidence exists.

7.4 Buyer Cooperation

The buyer may be required to:

  • Confirm the delivery address;
  • Check designated delivery locations;
  • Check with household members or building personnel;
  • Contact the carrier;
  • Provide a carrier case number;
  • Provide an incident or police report where reasonably appropriate.

8. Order Cancellations

8.1 Cancellation Request

A buyer may request cancellation before shipment, production, customization, download, access, service performance, or other fulfillment begins.

8.2 Request Is Not Automatic Approval

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.

8.3 Eligible Cancellation

A cancellation may be approved when:

  • The seller has not begun fulfillment;
  • The seller’s published policy permits cancellation;
  • The product is unavailable;
  • A delay gives the buyer a cancellation right;
  • The transaction cannot lawfully be completed;
  • Payment fails;
  • Fraud or account compromise is established;
  • Another controlling policy or law requires cancellation.

8.4 Cancellation After Fulfillment Begins

A seller may deny or limit cancellation after acquiring special materials, beginning customization, starting service work, providing digital access, or otherwise materially performing the order, where clearly disclosed and lawful.

8.5 Cancellation Records

Cancellation approval, denial, reason, amount, and refund status should be documented in the order record.

9. Seller Cancellations

A seller may cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Inventory unavailability;
  • Inability to fulfill;
  • Incorrect material pricing;
  • Incomplete buyer information;
  • Buyer failure to provide required approval;
  • Suspected fraud;
  • Safety concerns;
  • Legal or geographic restrictions;
  • Prohibited buyer conduct;
  • Another reasonable and lawful basis.

A seller-initiated cancellation generally requires a refund of amounts paid for the canceled, unfulfilled portion of the order.

Repeated avoidable seller cancellations may result in account review, listing restrictions, payout holds, or other enforcement.

10. Delayed Orders

10.1 Delay Notice

When a seller cannot ship covered merchandise within the promised or applicable period, the seller must provide a timely delay notice and any cancellation or consent options required by law.

10.2 Required Information

A delay notice should identify:

  • The affected order;
  • The reason for the delay where appropriate;
  • A revised shipment estimate when available;
  • The buyer’s cancellation option;
  • The method for accepting or rejecting the delay;
  • What will occur if the buyer does not respond.

10.3 Required Refund

If the seller cannot timely ship and does not obtain the legally required buyer consent to delay, the unshipped order must be canceled and refunded.

10.4 No Unauthorized Substitution

A seller may not substitute materially different merchandise solely because the ordered product is delayed or unavailable without the buyer’s express agreement.

11. Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Products

11.1 Limited Cancellation

Custom and made-to-order products may become non-cancelable after design, sourcing, production, personalization, or other disclosed work begins.

11.2 Buyer-Supplied Information

A seller is not generally responsible for an error that accurately reproduces the buyer’s submitted or approved:

  • Spelling;
  • Name;
  • Measurements;
  • Text;
  • Image;
  • File;
  • Color selection;
  • Approved proof;
  • Other customization instructions.

11.3 Seller Error

A custom product may qualify for correction, replacement, partial refund, or full refund when the seller materially departs from the accepted instructions, proof, or specifications.

11.4 Proof Approval

The seller should preserve the approved proof, revision history, and buyer authorization.

12. Perishable, Hygienic, Intimate, and Consumable Products

Products may be non-returnable for change-of-mind purposes when resale would create health, hygiene, contamination, expiration, or safety concerns, including certain:

  • Perishable foods;
  • Opened personal-care products;
  • Intimate apparel;
  • Cosmetics;
  • Hair or body products;
  • Consumable products;
  • Opened sealed goods;
  • Other identified hygienic products.

These restrictions do not eliminate remedies for products that arrive damaged, contaminated, expired, unsafe, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming.

13. Used, Vintage, Antique, and Collectible Products

Used and collectible products may contain disclosed wear, age, patina, restoration, repairs, packaging damage, or other condition characteristics.

A buyer may not claim a refund based solely on a condition expressly and clearly disclosed before purchase.

A remedy may remain available when a seller materially conceals or misrepresents:

  • Condition;
  • Authenticity;
  • Age;
  • Origin;
  • Restoration;
  • Damage;
  • Missing components;
  • Other material characteristics.

14. Digital Products and Downloads

14.1 General Rule

Except where required by law or this Policy, digital products are generally non-refundable after:

  • Download;
  • Electronic delivery;
  • Access;
  • Streaming;
  • Activation;
  • License issuance;
  • Delivery of credentials;
  • Material use of the digital content.

14.2 Eligible Digital Concerns

A digital product may qualify for review when:

  • No access is provided;
  • The file is materially corrupted;
  • The file contains malicious code;
  • The file materially differs from the listing;
  • The seller lacked authority to provide it;
  • The license materially differs from the pre-purchase terms;
  • The seller cannot correct a material technical problem attributable to the seller;
  • A refund is otherwise required by law.

14.3 Reporting Period

When no more specific period applies, a digital-access or material-file problem should be reported no later than fourteen days after access or delivery was first provided.

14.4 Troubleshooting Opportunity

The buyer may be required to provide reasonable technical information and allow the seller an opportunity to provide a corrected file, access method, replacement download, or compatible version.

14.5 License Termination

A refund may require the buyer to delete the product, stop using it, destroy copies, surrender credentials, and confirm termination of the associated license.

15. Services and Appointments

15.1 Provider Terms

Service cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, no-show, and refund terms must be clearly disclosed before booking.

15.2 Buyer Cancellation

A buyer may be responsible for a disclosed cancellation fee or forfeited deposit when the buyer cancels after the applicable deadline.

15.3 Provider Cancellation

If the provider cancels and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling option accepted by the buyer, the buyer may be entitled to a refund of the unperformed service amount.

15.4 No-Show

A buyer who fails to attend an appointment without timely cancellation may lose the payment, deposit, or booking fee where clearly disclosed and lawful.

15.5 Material Nonperformance

A refund or other remedy may be appropriate when the provider:

  • Fails to appear;
  • Fails to perform the agreed service;
  • Materially departs from the agreed scope;
  • Makes an unauthorized substitution;
  • Lacks a legally required credential;
  • Creates a material safety concern;
  • Otherwise materially breaches the transaction.

15.6 Reporting Period

When no more specific period applies, a service concern should be reported no later than fourteen days after the scheduled completion date or discovery of the material issue.

16. Membership Cancellations

16.1 Current Plans

GSO currently offers:

  • A free Creator membership;
  • A $39 one-year Creator Pro membership;
  • A $999 one-year Business membership.

16.2 One-Year Access

Creator Pro and Business membership fees purchase access to the applicable plan for the stated one-year term.

16.3 Cancellation

A member may request cancellation of future access or renewal. Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund for the current membership term.

16.4 Refund Eligibility

A membership refund may be considered when:

  • GSO charged the membership in error;
  • A duplicate charge occurred;
  • Required membership access was never activated because of GSO fault;
  • GSO discontinues the paid plan without providing substantially equivalent remaining access;
  • Applicable law requires a refund;
  • GSO expressly approves another remedy.

16.5 Use of Benefits

Material use of plan benefits, consultations, discounts, perks, expanded product capacity, priority support, or other paid features may be considered when evaluating a discretionary refund.

16.6 Policy Violations

Suspension or termination because of a material policy violation does not automatically entitle the member to a refund.

17. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

17.1 No Automatic Renewal Unless Disclosed

A paid membership or subscription will not automatically renew unless the renewal terms are clearly presented and the legally required affirmative consent is obtained.

17.2 Cancellation of Renewal

Canceling an automatic renewal prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically end or refund the current paid term.

17.3 Renewal Notices

GSO will provide legally required renewal acknowledgments, reminders, material-change notices, and cancellation methods when automatic renewal is offered.

17.4 Unauthorized Renewal

A charge made without valid authorization may be canceled or refunded after appropriate review.

18. Return Authorization

18.1 Authorization Required

A buyer should obtain return authorization before sending a product back.

18.2 Unauthorized Returns

A seller or GSO may delay or deny processing for a product returned:

  • Without authorization;
  • To the wrong address;
  • After the applicable period;
  • Without required tracking;
  • Without identifying information;
  • Contrary to return instructions.

18.3 Return Instructions

Authorization should identify:

  • The return address;
  • The deadline;
  • Required carrier or label;
  • Tracking requirements;
  • Packaging requirements;
  • Items and components to include;
  • Applicable costs;
  • The expected remedy.

19. Return Condition

Unless the return involves a defect or another condition that necessarily prevents it, the product should be returned:

  • In substantially the condition received;
  • With required components and accessories;
  • With included certificates or manuals;
  • Without unauthorized alteration;
  • Without avoidable damage;
  • With original packaging when reasonably required and available.

A voluntary refund may be reduced or denied if the buyer materially damages, alters, uses, consumes, or removes components from the product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

20. Packaging and Documentation

The buyer is responsible for packaging a return reasonably and safely.

The buyer should preserve and include, when required:

  • Original packaging;
  • Labels;
  • Serial numbers;
  • Accessories;
  • Manuals;
  • Certificates;
  • Promotional items;
  • Return authorization;
  • Order identification.

A buyer should photograph the item and packaging before shipping a disputed return.

21. Return Shipping

21.1 Seller-Caused Problem

The seller may be responsible for reasonable return shipping when a product is materially defective, damaged before or during delivery, incorrect, materially misdescribed, unsafe, or otherwise nonconforming.

21.2 Buyer-Preference Return

The buyer may be responsible for return shipping when the return is based solely on buyer preference and the seller accepts such returns.

21.3 Label Requirements

The parties must use an authorized prepaid label when one is provided.

21.4 Premium or Unauthorized Shipping

A party is not required to reimburse an upgraded, expedited, international, or unauthorized return method unless approved in advance or required by law.

22. Lost or Damaged Returns

Responsibility for a return lost or damaged in transit may depend on:

  • Who selected the carrier;
  • Who purchased the label;
  • Whether tracking was required;
  • Whether the product was adequately packaged;
  • Carrier evidence;
  • Insurance;
  • Applicable law.

The buyer must retain the return receipt and tracking record.

GSO may require the appropriate party to file or cooperate with a carrier claim.

23. Exchanges, Replacements, and Repairs

A seller may offer an exchange, replacement, missing component, corrected file, repair, or service correction instead of a refund when that remedy:

  • Reasonably resolves the covered issue;
  • Does not create unreasonable delay;
  • Is lawful;
  • Is consistent with the transaction;
  • Is accepted where buyer agreement is required.

A buyer is not required to accept a substitute materially different from the ordered product.

24. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be appropriate when:

  • Only part of an order is affected;
  • A buyer retains a product with a documented reduction in value;
  • A service was partially completed;
  • A component is missing but the remainder is usable;
  • The parties voluntarily agree to a reasonable adjustment;
  • Another policy supports partial relief.

A seller may not use a nominal partial refund to avoid a full remedy when the product or service is materially unusable or nonconforming.

25. Full Refunds

A full refund may be appropriate when:

  • The order was never fulfilled;
  • The transaction was canceled before fulfillment;
  • The offering is materially defective or misdescribed;
  • The seller cannot provide a reasonable correction or replacement;
  • The offering is counterfeit, unlawful, unsafe, or recalled;
  • The seller materially failed to perform;
  • Applicable law requires a full refund.

A full refund may require:

  • Return of the product;
  • Revocation of access;
  • Deletion of digital copies;
  • Cancellation of a license;
  • Return of credentials;
  • Other reasonable measures preventing duplicate benefit.

26. Marketplace or Seller Credit

A seller or GSO may offer store credit as an optional resolution where lawful.

A buyer will not be required to accept store credit instead of a monetary refund when applicable law requires return of money to the original payment method.

Credits may be subject to clearly disclosed:

  • Expiration;
  • Non-transferability;
  • Product restrictions;
  • Seller restrictions;
  • Minimum purchase requirements;
  • Other lawful terms.

27. Refund Method and Processing

27.1 Original Payment Method

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.

27.2 Processing Time

After GSO or the seller approves and initiates a refund, the payment provider or financial institution controls final posting time.

27.3 Different Method

A refund may use another lawful method when:

  • The original method cannot receive the refund;
  • The payment provider requires another method;
  • The buyer agrees;
  • Applicable law requires another method.

27.4 Refund Status

A dashboard or email may identify a refund as requested, approved, initiated, pending, completed, failed, reversed, or otherwise adjusted.

28. Shipping and Handling Refunds

Original shipping and handling charges may be refunded when:

  • The order was never shipped;
  • The entire order was properly canceled;
  • The seller shipped the wrong product;
  • The product materially failed to conform;
  • Applicable law requires reimbursement;
  • Another controlling policy provides reimbursement.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable for voluntary buyer-preference returns where clearly disclosed and lawful.

If only part of an order is canceled or unfulfilled, the shipping adjustment may reflect the amount properly attributable to the affected portion.

29. Marketplace and Payment Fees

Whether marketplace, membership, advertising, listing, payment, service, or other fees are refundable depends on:

  • The type of fee;
  • Whether the paid feature was delivered;
  • The transaction status;
  • Payment-provider rules;
  • The applicable policy;
  • Mandatory law.

A refund to the buyer does not automatically require GSO to return a fee already earned for a separately delivered marketplace or promotional service, except where required by law or expressly stated.

30. Affiliate Commission Reversals

When an affiliated order is canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified:

  • The associated affiliate commission may be canceled or reversed;
  • The seller’s commission deduction may be adjusted;
  • A paid affiliate commission may be deducted from future earnings;
  • A negative affiliate balance may be created where applicable.

31. Taxes and Refund Adjustments

GSO may calculate and return applicable transaction taxes as part of a refund when GSO collected those taxes.

Tax adjustments may depend on:

  • Jurisdiction;
  • Product type;
  • Refund amount;
  • Shipping treatment;
  • Tax-provider records;
  • Whether the seller or GSO was responsible for collection.

A seller remains responsible for correcting taxes the seller independently collected.

32. Chargebacks and External Disputes

Buyers should use GSO’s support and Buyer Protection process when safe and practical, without missing an external legal or payment-provider deadline.

GSO may pause or close an internal refund claim while the same transaction is under review by:

  • A bank;
  • A card issuer;
  • A payment processor;
  • PayPal;
  • A carrier;
  • An insurer;
  • A court;
  • A regulator.

GSO may submit order, listing, delivery, return, communication, and policy records in response to an external dispute.

33. No Duplicate Recovery

A buyer may not recover more than the actual covered loss for the same transaction.

The buyer must disclose compensation received from:

  • The seller;
  • GSO;
  • A financial institution;
  • A payment provider;
  • A carrier;
  • An insurer;
  • A manufacturer;
  • Another source.

GSO may reduce, reverse, or recover a refund to prevent duplicate recovery.

34. Return and Refund Fraud

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Returning a different product;
  • Returning an empty package;
  • Removing valuable components;
  • Intentionally damaging a product;
  • Fabricating non-delivery;
  • Using altered photographs or documents;
  • Claiming an authorized purchase was unauthorized;
  • Seeking multiple refunds;
  • Using a product extensively and then falsely claiming a defect;
  • Returning counterfeit or substituted goods;
  • Manipulating return tracking;
  • Keeping a product after receiving a return-conditioned refund.

Return or refund fraud may result in claim denial, refund reversal, account restriction, collection, evidence preservation, reporting, or legal action.

35. Unsafe or Recalled Products

A buyer should stop using a product that may create a serious safety risk and submit a Product Safety or Recall report.

GSO may require:

  • Return;
  • Destruction;
  • Disposal according to safety instructions;
  • Preservation for inspection;
  • Photographs or identifiers;
  • Cooperation with a manufacturer or regulator.

A seller is responsible for lawful recall remedies and associated customer communications for the seller’s products.

36. Counterfeit or Unauthorized Products

A suspected counterfeit or unauthorized product may require:

  • Photographs;
  • Serial numbers;
  • Packaging;
  • Manufacturer information;
  • Authentication evidence;
  • Inspection;
  • Return or preservation.

The buyer should not resell, distribute, or destroy a suspected counterfeit product while a claim is under review unless instructed by GSO, a rights holder, regulator, or law-enforcement authority.

37. GSO Marketplace Intervention

GSO may:

  • Request evidence;
  • Contact the seller or buyer;
  • Approve or deny a return;
  • Require a replacement, repair, or refund;
  • Issue a partial or full refund;
  • Cancel an order;
  • Reverse seller proceeds;
  • Reverse affiliate commissions;
  • Apply a reserve or hold;
  • Remove a listing;
  • Restrict an account;
  • Refer the matter to a payment provider, carrier, insurer, regulator, rights holder, or authority.

GSO may select the remedy reasonably supported by the evidence and applicable policy.

38. Seller Financial Responsibility

Sellers authorize GSO to deduct refund-related amounts from:

  • Pending proceeds;
  • Available balances;
  • Reserves;
  • Future proceeds;
  • Other amounts payable to the seller;
  • An authorized payment method where permitted.

If deductions exceed available proceeds, the seller may incur a Negative Balance under the Payments, Fees & PayPal Payouts Policy.

39. Enforcement

GSO may restrict or terminate a buyer or seller for:

  • Repeated failure to honor valid returns;
  • Refund or return fraud;
  • Excessive avoidable cancellations;
  • Failure to provide return disclosures;
  • Manipulation of evidence;
  • Chargeback abuse;
  • Threats or retaliation;
  • Failure to repay a Negative Balance;
  • Other material violations.

40. Disclaimers and Limitations

GSO’s return and refund process is an administrative marketplace function. It is not insurance, a legal judgment, or an unconditional reimbursement guarantee.

Except where required by law, GSO does not guarantee:

  • Approval of every request;
  • Recovery of funds from every seller;
  • A particular resolution;
  • Immediate refund posting;
  • Carrier performance;
  • That a returned product will not be lost or damaged;
  • That every buyer-seller disagreement can be resolved internally.

41. Disputes and Reconsideration

A buyer seeking review of a GSO decision may submit a ticket using:

Buyer Protection Reconsideration

A seller disputing a refund deduction may submit:

Seller Refund Decision Review

The request should include the transaction number, decision, alleged error, supporting evidence, and requested resolution.

Governing-law, arbitration, class-action waiver, and dispute provisions in the Terms & Conditions remain applicable.

42. Changes to This Policy

GSO may update this Policy prospectively to reflect legal, marketplace, product, payment, or operational changes.

The revised Policy will display an updated Last Updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through checkout, account notice, email, or another reasonable method where required.
