This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the rules governing access to and use of Good Shit Only™, including marketplace listings, buyer and seller accounts, vendor dashboards, digital delivery, services, memberships, affiliate tools, messaging, reviews, community features, advertising, support systems, application programming interfaces, integrations, and other features that link to this Policy.
Good Shit Only™ is operated by CrownThrive LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. In this Policy, “Good Shit Only,” “GSO,” “CrownThrive,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CrownThrive LLC and the Good Shit Only marketplace. “User,” “you,” and “your” include buyers, sellers, affiliates, members, service providers, visitors, advertisers, account representatives, and other persons using the Platform.
This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the Good Shit Only Terms & Conditions and all applicable Trust Center policies.
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, publishing content, listing an offering, placing an order, sending a message, submitting a review, using an integration, or otherwise interacting with GSO, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Users may not use GSO to violate law, harm another person, deceive buyers or sellers, compromise security, exploit the Platform, evade marketplace rules, or interfere with the rights of others.

1. Scope and Application
This Policy applies to all activity conducted through or materially connected to GSO, including:
- Account registration and verification;
- Marketplace browsing and purchasing;
- Product and service listings;
- Digital products and licenses;
- Seller and affiliate activity;
- Payments and PayPal payouts;
- Messaging and support tickets;
- Reviews, ratings, comments, and community participation;
- Advertisements and sponsored placements;
- External links and connected integrations;
- Use of GSO data, software, branding, systems, and technical resources.
A user is responsible for the conduct of employees, contractors, assistants, representatives, automated systems, and other persons or tools operating through the user’s account.
2. Lawful Use
You may use GSO only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Platform to:
- Commit, promote, facilitate, solicit, conceal, or profit from unlawful activity;
- Violate federal, state, local, tribal, or international law;
- Violate a court order, injunction, sanctions restriction, licensing condition, or regulatory requirement;
- Assist another person in violating law;
- Use a lawful-looking transaction to conceal an unlawful purpose;
- Offer a product, service, or digital item that cannot lawfully be offered, delivered, possessed, imported, exported, or used.
A product or activity may be prohibited by GSO even when it is lawful in one or more jurisdictions.
3. Accurate Identity and Account Information
Users must provide accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading information.
You may not:
- Use another person’s identity without authorization;
- Create a false individual or business identity;
- Misrepresent ownership, location, age, credentials, business status, or authority;
- Provide falsified identification, tax, licensing, payment, or verification documents;
- Conceal beneficial ownership or controlling persons when disclosure is required;
- Create accounts for persons prohibited from using GSO;
- Operate through a nominee to evade verification or enforcement.
4. Account Security
Users must take reasonable steps to protect:
- Passwords;
- Authentication methods;
- Email accounts;
- Devices;
- PayPal accounts;
- API keys;
- Integration credentials;
- Recovery information;
- Other account-access mechanisms.
You must promptly report suspected account takeover, unauthorized access, credential theft, identity misuse, or suspicious activity.
You may not knowingly permit an unauthorized person to use your account.
5. Authorized Access Only
You may access only accounts, systems, records, files, dashboards, listings, messages, and data that you are authorized to access.
You may not:
- Attempt to access another user’s account;
- Bypass permissions or authentication;
- Exploit an exposed link, identifier, file path, or technical error to obtain unauthorized information;
- Use another person’s session, token, or credentials;
- Access administrative systems without authorization;
- Continue accessing data after authorization has ended.
6. Fraud, Deception, and Misrepresentation
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Fraudulent listings or transactions;
- False product, service, seller, buyer, or affiliate information;
- Fabricated credentials, sales, customers, inventory, testimonials, or results;
- False shipment, delivery, download, or service-completion records;
- Misleading product images, demonstrations, mockups, or specifications;
- False scarcity, urgency, inventory, countdown, or discount claims;
- Bait-and-switch activity;
- Concealing material defects, restrictions, fees, or terms;
- Misrepresenting an artificial-intelligence-generated work as a genuine human communication or experience;
- Any material omission intended to deceive another user.
7. Marketplace Manipulation
You may not manipulate or attempt to manipulate:
- Sales statistics;
- Search results;
- Rankings;
- Views, clicks, saves, likes, followers, or engagement;
- Reviews or ratings;
- Affiliate attribution;
- Product popularity;
- Inventory signals;
- Seller performance metrics;
- Advertising impressions or conversions;
- Buyer Protection outcomes;
- Support priority or account status.
Fake orders, circular transactions, coordinated accounts, click farms, bots, undisclosed incentives, fabricated traffic, and comparable schemes are prohibited.
8. Payments and Financial Abuse
You may not use GSO to:
- Use stolen or unauthorized payment information;
- Launder money or transaction proceeds;
- Process sham sales;
- Disguise personal transfers as marketplace purchases;
- Obtain cash through fabricated transactions;
- Structure activity to avoid verification, reporting, or legal requirements;
- Manipulate refunds, chargebacks, affiliate commissions, or payouts;
- Receive funds for unrelated third parties without approval;
- Use duplicate or related accounts to conceal negative balances;
- Use GSO as a deposit, remittance, escrow, lending, investment, or stored-value service.
9. Fee and Platform Evasion
Users may not evade marketplace fees, payment records, taxes, Buyer Protection, or other transaction requirements.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Directing a GSO buyer to pay outside the authorized checkout;
- Moving an accepted GSO transaction to another platform to avoid fees;
- Misclassifying products or services;
- Splitting transactions deceptively;
- Using messages to provide unauthorized external payment instructions;
- Creating duplicate accounts to obtain additional free capacity or benefits;
- Concealing the actual transaction value;
- Using another seller’s account to process transactions.
10. User Content Standards
All listings, messages, reviews, comments, files, images, audio, video, advertisements, profiles, and other content must:
- Be lawful;
- Be truthful and not materially misleading;
- Respect intellectual-property and privacy rights;
- Comply with applicable category requirements;
- Be reasonably relevant to its stated purpose;
- Not contain malicious code;
- Not expose another person’s sensitive information without authority;
- Not facilitate prohibited products, services, or conduct.
GSO may remove, restrict, reformat, recategorize, or decline content that violates this Policy or creates material risk.
11. Harassment, Threats, and Abuse
You may not:
- Threaten violence or harm;
- Harass or stalk another person;
- Engage in repeated unwanted contact;
- Intimidate a buyer, seller, affiliate, reviewer, or support representative;
- Extort money, refunds, reviews, content removal, or another benefit;
- Publish another person’s private information to encourage harassment;
- Retaliate against a person for making a good-faith complaint;
- Use degrading, abusive, or threatening communications directed at another user.
Good-faith criticism, disputes, and negative reviews are not harassment merely because another person dislikes them.
12. Discrimination and Hateful Conduct
Users may not unlawfully discriminate in listings, sales, services, employment-related activity, communications, pricing, access, or fulfillment.
Content or conduct that promotes or celebrates violence, dehumanization, exclusion, or hatred against people based on a protected characteristic is prohibited.
Historical, educational, documentary, literary, artistic, or newsworthy material may be reviewed in context and does not receive automatic approval.
13. Sexual Exploitation and Nonconsensual Content
GSO prohibits:
- Sex trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation;
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery;
- Sexual extortion;
- Hidden-camera sexual content;
- Sexual impersonation;
- Sexual content involving minors;
- Sexual services or solicitation;
- Content created through coercion, abuse, or exploitation;
- Synthetic intimate content depicting a real person without consent.
14. Children and Vulnerable Persons
Users may not use GSO to exploit, endanger, groom, traffic, sexualize, defraud, or otherwise harm a child or vulnerable person.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Child sexual abuse material;
- Sexualized depictions of minors;
- Requests for sexual content involving minors;
- Products or services facilitating child exploitation;
- Unauthorized disclosure of a child’s sensitive personal information;
- Dangerous products marketed deceptively for children;
- Transactions intended to evade age restrictions.
GSO may preserve and report suspected child exploitation to appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.
15. Privacy and Personal Information
Users may collect, use, retain, or disclose personal information only when authorized and lawful.
You may not:
- Sell or distribute personal data obtained through GSO without authorization;
- Scrape user profiles or contact information;
- Publish home addresses, identification numbers, payment information, or private communications without authority;
- Use buyer information for unrelated marketing without lawful permission;
- Use personal data for stalking, harassment, discrimination, or identity fraud;
- Train unrelated artificial-intelligence systems on buyer or seller data without lawful authority;
- Retain personal information longer than reasonably necessary.
16. Confidential and Sensitive Information
Users must protect confidential, proprietary, financial, health, legal, technical, employment, and other sensitive information received through a transaction.
Do not request or transmit unnecessary:
- Account passwords;
- Complete payment-card numbers;
- Banking credentials;
- Social Security numbers;
- Government identification;
- Health records;
- Trade secrets;
- Authentication codes.
Where sensitive information is legitimately required, users must use an appropriate secure method.
17. Intellectual Property
Users may not upload, sell, copy, distribute, display, license, advertise, or otherwise use content that infringes:
- Copyright;
- Trademark;
- Patent;
- Trade secret;
- Design rights;
- Publicity or likeness rights;
- Moral rights;
- Other proprietary rights.
Counterfeit, pirated, unauthorized, bootleg, or materially confusing products and content are prohibited.
Intellectual-property complaints are governed by the Intellectual Property, Counterfeit & DMCA Policy.
18. Reviews, Ratings, and Testimonials
Users may not:
- Create fake reviews;
- Purchase or sell reviews;
- Condition compensation on positive or negative sentiment;
- Review their own offerings through another account;
- Coordinate deceptive review campaigns;
- Use fabricated identities or artificial-intelligence-generated personas to simulate genuine customers;
- Threaten a person to remove a truthful review;
- Offer a required refund only in exchange for review removal;
- Suppress compliant negative reviews through intimidation;
- Disclose private buyer information in a review response.
19. Communications and Spam
GSO communication tools may be used for legitimate marketplace, support, service, and community purposes.
You may not send:
- Spam;
- Repeated unsolicited promotions;
- Phishing messages;
- Malware links;
- Fraudulent invoices;
- Chain letters;
- Deceptive payment requests;
- Unauthorized affiliate links;
- Content violating applicable email, text-message, telemarketing, or privacy law.
20. Advertising and Product Claims
Advertising, listings, endorsements, and promotional claims must be truthful, supportable, and not misleading.
You may not make unsupported claims concerning:
- Health, treatment, cure, prevention, or safety;
- Income, profit, employment, or investment returns;
- Environmental benefits;
- Product origin or manufacturing location;
- Credentials or professional approval;
- Performance, durability, compatibility, or quality;
- Scarcity, inventory, timing, or discounts;
- Testimonials, customer counts, sales, or popularity.
Material conditions, limitations, affiliate relationships, sponsorships, and paid placements must be appropriately disclosed.
21. Automated Access, Scraping, and Bots
You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, browser automation, bulk-download tools, or comparable technology without authorization.
Prohibited automated activity includes:
- Scraping listings or user information;
- Harvesting contact details;
- Copying marketplace content at scale;
- Creating accounts or listings automatically without approval;
- Generating fake views, clicks, reviews, sales, or engagement;
- Testing stolen credentials;
- Avoiding rate limits;
- Overloading or degrading systems;
- Training a competing model or marketplace using GSO data without permission.
22. Platform and Cybersecurity
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test Platform vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- Bypass access, rate, geographic, security, payment, or fraud controls;
- Interfere with servers, networks, databases, or services;
- Conduct denial-of-service activity;
- Inject unauthorized code or commands;
- Exploit a vulnerability for access, profit, disruption, or data acquisition;
- Publish sensitive vulnerability details before GSO has a reasonable opportunity to respond;
- Use GSO infrastructure to attack another system.
Good-faith security concerns should be reported through the Help Center using the Security Vulnerability Report subject.
23. Malware and Harmful Code
Users may not upload, transmit, sell, link to, or distribute:
- Viruses;
- Ransomware;
- Spyware;
- Credential theft tools;
- Backdoors;
- Destructive code;
- Unauthorized remote-access tools;
- Hidden cryptocurrency miners;
- Data-exfiltration code;
- Code intended to bypass payment or licensing systems;
- Other malicious or deceptively concealed functionality.
24. APIs, Integrations, and External Tools
An API, plugin, integration, feed, or connected service may be used only according to its documentation, permissions, rate limits, and separate terms.
You may not:
- Share private API credentials;
- Exceed or evade rate limits;
- Use an integration to collect unauthorized data;
- Misrepresent the source of data;
- Resell access without approval;
- Use an integration after authorization is revoked;
- Introduce insecure or malicious functionality;
- Interfere with GSO or another provider’s systems.
25. Artificial Intelligence Use
Artificial intelligence may be used only lawfully and consistently with applicable licenses, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, and marketplace disclosures.
You may not use AI to:
- Generate fraudulent listings, reviews, identities, documents, or claims;
- Impersonate a person without authorization;
- Create nonconsensual intimate content;
- Clone a voice or likeness without required permission;
- Train on GSO content or user data without authority;
- Generate malware or fraudulent payment activity;
- Conceal material defects or deceive consumers;
- Fabricate professional credentials or endorsements;
- Violate a digital-product license;
- Assist another person in prohibited activity.
GSO may require disclosure when AI-generated or AI-assisted content could materially affect a buyer’s understanding of the offering.
26. Impersonation and Synthetic Media
You may not:
- Impersonate GSO, CrownThrive, a seller, buyer, public official, business, or another person;
- Create an account likely to be confused with an official GSO account;
- Use synthetic audio, video, images, or text to falsely attribute a statement or endorsement;
- Use another person’s name, face, voice, signature, or identity commercially without authority;
- Create false evidence for a claim, dispute, review, or transaction.
Satire, parody, commentary, fiction, and artistic expression may be evaluated in context but must not be used to commit fraud or mislead consumers about a commercial transaction.
27. Regulated Activity
Users offering regulated products or services must maintain all required:
- Licenses;
- Permits;
- Registrations;
- Insurance;
- Testing and certification;
- Professional credentials;
- Warnings and disclosures;
- Age and location controls;
- Recordkeeping;
- Other legal requirements.
GSO may require prior approval or prohibit a regulated category entirely.
28. Prohibited and Restricted Offerings
Users must comply with the Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy.
The ability to create a listing or select a category does not mean that the offering is permitted.
GSO may remove an offering that is illegal, unsafe, deceptive, high-risk, unsuitable for the Platform, inconsistent with payment-provider requirements, or prohibited by GSO policy.
29. Investigations and Cooperation
GSO may investigate suspected violations using:
- Account and transaction records;
- Messages and support records;
- Payment and payout information;
- Device and technical information;
- Public listings and advertisements;
- Verification providers;
- Reports from users and rights holders;
- Shipping, delivery, download, and service records;
- Other lawful information.
Users must provide truthful and reasonably requested information.
Users may not destroy, alter, conceal, or fabricate evidence relevant to an investigation.
30. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations should be reported through the Help Center using the most relevant subject.
A report should include, where available:
- The listing, account, message, order, or content involved;
- A clear description of the concern;
- Relevant dates;
- Supporting screenshots or documentation;
- Any immediate safety concern;
- Contact information for follow-up.
Knowingly false, retaliatory, or abusive reports are prohibited.
31. Enforcement Actions
Depending on the facts, GSO may:
- Provide education or a warning;
- Request correction or removal;
- Restrict content visibility;
- Remove listings or content;
- Cancel orders;
- Issue or require refunds;
- Hold payments or payouts;
- Apply reserves;
- Restrict features, categories, communications, or payment methods;
- Suspend or terminate accounts;
- Preserve evidence;
- Report conduct to payment providers, regulators, rights holders, law enforcement, or other authorized parties;
- Take legal or collection action;
- Take another reasonable protective measure.
GSO may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, injury, unlawful activity, security compromise, evidence destruction, or other serious harm.
32. Appeals and Reconsideration
A user may request review of an enforcement decision through the Help Center using:
Account or Policy Enforcement Appeal
The request should include:
- The affected account;
- The enforcement decision;
- The specific factual or policy error alleged;
- Corrective action completed;
- New supporting evidence;
- The requested resolution.
Repeated appeals containing no material new information may be closed.
33. No General Duty to Monitor
GSO may review and moderate activity but is not required to pre-screen every listing, user, message, file, transaction, review, advertisement, or external link.
Failure to detect or act on one violation does not waive the right to act later or require identical enforcement in every case.
34. Changes to This Policy
GSO may update this Policy prospectively to reflect legal, technical, security, marketplace, safety, payment, or operational changes.
The revised Policy will display an updated Last Updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through email, account notices, dashboards, or another reasonable method where required.
