18. Copyright Office Registration Requirements
Publication of copyright-agent contact information on this page does not by itself complete CrownThrive LLC’s registration with the United States Copyright Office.
Before relying on the applicable DMCA safe-harbor framework, CrownThrive LLC must:
- Complete the electronic Designated Agent registration process;
- Provide the information required for CrownThrive LLC as the service provider;
- Provide the Copyright Agent’s name or role, organization, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- Register applicable alternate names, brands, and domains;
- Keep the public website information consistent with the registration;
- Update the registration when information changes;
- Renew or resubmit the designation within each required renewal period.
The Copyright Agent may use a P.O. Box as the agent’s physical mailing address.
The service-provider registration for CrownThrive LLC requires a physical street address unless the United States Copyright Office grants permission to use a P.O. Box under its applicable waiver procedure.
19. DMCA Service-Provider and Alternate Names
CrownThrive LLC should register and maintain all applicable names and identifiers through the United States Copyright Office Designated Agent Directory, including:
- CrownThrive LLC;
- Good Shit Only;
- Good Shit Only™;
- GSO;
- GoodShitOnly.com;
- goodshitonly.com;
- Any additional marketplace, application, brand, domain, or alternate name through which the public may identify the service provider.
The registered information and the information published on this page must remain current and consistent.
20. Delivery of Copyright Notices
A copyright notice or counter-notification should be delivered directly to the Copyright Agent using the published mailing or email information.
A Help Center ticket may alert support personnel, but it does not replace delivery to the Copyright Agent when formal statutory treatment is requested.
The sender should retain:
- A copy of the submission;
- All attachments;
- Delivery confirmation;
- Relevant URLs or listing identifiers;
- Supporting ownership or authorization records;
- Other relevant correspondence.
Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal when the notice is incomplete, cannot be matched to identifiable content, concerns a non-copyright issue, or appears fraudulent or abusive.
21. Trademark, Counterfeit, Patent, and Likeness Notices
Non-copyright intellectual-property notices should be sent to:
Email: contact@crownthrive.com
The notice should identify:
- The reporter and rights owner;
- The asserted intellectual-property or identity right;
- Registrations or supporting documentation where applicable;
- The affected listing, content, account, or advertisement;
- The basis for the complaint;
- Contact information;

Submitting a report does not guarantee removal. GSO may request additional information or a response from the affected seller or user.

Email: contact@crownthrive.com
Mailing Address:

- The nature of the emergency;
- The person or people at risk;
- The relationship between the requested records and the emergency;
- Why ordinary legal process cannot be obtained in time;
- The specific information requested;
- The requesting official’s identity, agency, title, official email, and telephone number.
Submission of an emergency request does not guarantee disclosure. GSO will evaluate the request according to applicable law and the circumstances presented.
24. Subpoenas and Civil Legal Process
Civil subpoenas, preservation letters, court orders, and comparable legal process should be directed to:
Email: contact@crownthrive.com
Mailing Address:
CrownThrive LLC
Attn: GSO Legal Notices
P.O. Box 201
Gretna, VA 24557
United States
Requests should be narrowly tailored, identify the relevant account or transaction, and provide sufficient time for review.
GSO may object to, challenge, narrow, reject, or seek clarification concerning process that appears invalid, overbroad, unduly burdensome, unauthorized, or inconsistent with applicable law.
Sending legal documents to the email or mailing address above does not itself establish valid formal service of process.
25. Service of Process
Formal service of process must comply with applicable law.
Unless CrownThrive LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing:
- The GSO Help Center does not accept formal service of process;
- Customer support does not accept formal service of process;
- Sending an ordinary email does not constitute formal service;
- Sending a social-media message does not constitute formal service;
- Mailing documents to the GSO P.O. Box does not automatically constitute formal service.
Formal service should be made upon CrownThrive LLC’s registered agent or through another method authorized by applicable law.
The identity and service address of CrownThrive LLC’s registered agent should be confirmed through current official Virginia business records before attempting service.
26. Formal Contractual Notices to GSO
A formal contractual, arbitration, or pre-litigation notice should:
- Be addressed to CrownThrive LLC;
- Identify the sender and GSO account;

Mailing Address:

Attn: GSO Legal Notices
P.O. Box 201
Gretna, VA 24557
United States
Use the subject:

- Platform banners;
- Checkout or enrollment flows;
- Order and transaction records;
- Support tickets;
- Policy pages;
- Postal mail;
- Another reasonable method.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and reviewing account communications.
A notice may become effective when sent, posted, delivered, or otherwise made available as provided by the applicable agreement and law.
28. No Informal Email Service of Process
The publication or use of contact@crownthrive.com for support, privacy, trust and safety, advertising, product safety, intellectual property, law-enforcement requests, or other operational purposes does not mean that CrownThrive LLC accepts formal service of process through that email address.
Publication of an email address does not waive:
- Applicable service requirements;
- Jurisdictional objections;
- Procedural defenses;
- Contractual notice requirements;
- Other legal rights.
29. Language and Translations
The controlling version of GSO policies is the English-language version unless GSO expressly states otherwise.
Translations may be provided for convenience. When a translation conflicts with the controlling English version, the English version governs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
