These Membership Plan Terms govern free and paid seller memberships offered through Good Shit Only™, including the Creator, Creator Pro, and Business plans.
Good Shit Only™ is operated by CrownThrive LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. In these Terms, “Good Shit Only,” “GSO,” “CrownThrive,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CrownThrive LLC and the Good Shit Only marketplace. “Member,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or entity enrolling in or using a membership plan.
These Membership Plan Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Good Shit Only Terms & Conditions, Seller Agreement, Payments, Fees & PayPal Payouts Policy, Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable Trust Center policies.
By selecting a plan, submitting payment, activating seller features, using membership benefits, or continuing to use a membership account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Scope and Eligibility
Membership plans govern seller-product capacity, dashboard access, support level, benefits, consultations, and other identified features.
A member must:
- Be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of contracting;
- Provide accurate account and payment information;
- Comply with the Seller Agreement and all applicable GSO policies;
- Use the plan for lawful business and marketplace activity;
- Maintain an eligible account in good standing.
Purchasing a membership does not guarantee seller approval, category approval, listing approval, payment processing, payout eligibility, or exemption from verification.
2. Current Membership Plans
GSO currently offers:
- Creator: Free;
- Creator Pro: $39 for a one-year membership;
- Business: $999 for a one-year membership.
The current plan name, price, included features, and term displayed at enrollment govern the purchase when they differ from an older informational reference.
3. Creator Plan
The Creator plan currently includes:
- Free membership;
- Up to 25 products;
- Lifetime Membership;
- Help Center access;
- Knowledge Base access;
- Sales statistics;
- Vendor dashboard.
Creator is intended to provide an accessible entry point for eligible creators and sellers.
Free membership does not eliminate marketplace transaction fees, seller-funded affiliate commissions, advertising fees, taxes, payment adjustments, or other charges associated with optional or transaction-based services.
4. Creator Pro Plan
Creator Pro currently costs $39 for one year and includes:
- Up to 250 products;
- One-year membership;
- Everything currently included in Creator;
- Community Support;
- Faster Response Times;
- Priority Support.
Creator Pro is identified as a popular plan for sellers requiring expanded catalog capacity and enhanced support access.
5. Business Plan
Business currently costs $999 for one year and includes:
- Unlimited products, subject to reasonable technical, legal, operational, and marketplace-use limitations;
- One-year membership;
- Everything currently included in Creator Pro;
- Priority Business Support;
- Highest Priority Ticket Queue;
- Dedicated Business Consultations of up to 24 hours per membership year, with appointments required;
- CrownThrive Perks providing up to $500 in annual eligible ecosystem benefits;
- Twenty-five percent off eligible CrownThrive products and services.
6. Pricing and Taxes
Membership prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Payment-provider or financial-institution currency-conversion and transaction charges are separate from the GSO membership price.
Promotional pricing, coupons, credits, or negotiated terms may be subject to separate eligibility, expiration, and use restrictions.
7. Membership Term
A paid membership begins when payment is successfully completed or on another date expressly stated at enrollment.
Creator Pro and Business each provide a one-year membership term unless a different term is clearly presented and accepted.
The term generally ends on the corresponding calendar date in the following year, subject to the checkout record and applicable law.
8. Meaning of Lifetime Membership
For the free Creator plan, “Lifetime Membership” means access during the operational lifetime of the applicable GSO membership program while:
- The Platform continues to operate;
- The Creator plan remains offered;
- The member remains eligible;
- The account remains active and in good standing;
- The member complies with applicable policies.
It does not guarantee service for the member’s natural lifetime, perpetual operation of GSO, permanent availability of every feature, or a minimum number of years.
9. Activation
A paid plan may require:
- Successful payment;
- Account verification;
- Acceptance of current policies;
- Completion of seller onboarding;
- Resolution of account restrictions;
- Other reasonable eligibility requirements.
Activation may be delayed while payment, fraud, identity, tax, sanctions, or account review is pending.
10. Product Limits
Current product limits are:
- Creator: 25 products;
- Creator Pro: 250 products;
- Business: Unlimited products, subject to Section 11.
GSO may count active listings and other product records identified through the Platform toward the limit.
A seller may not evade limits through:
- Duplicate accounts;
- Duplicate listings;
- Misleading product variations;
- Category manipulation;
- Bundling unrelated products into a single listing solely to avoid limits;
- Other circumvention.
11. Unlimited Products
“Unlimited Products” means GSO does not impose a standard numerical catalog limit on an eligible Business account under ordinary use.
Unlimited does not authorize:
- Spam listings;
- Mass duplication;
- Automated abuse;
- Unlawful products;
- Excessive resource consumption;
- Misleading variations;
- Security interference;
- Use inconsistent with reasonable marketplace operations.
GSO may apply reasonable technical, storage, quality, rate, safety, and category controls.
12. Support Access
All plans currently include Help Center and Knowledge Base access.
Support may be provided through:
- Knowledge Base articles;
- Support tickets;
- Community resources;
- Email or dashboard communications;
- Scheduled consultations for eligible plans;
- Other established CrownThrive support channels.
Support does not include legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice unless separately contracted through an appropriately qualified provider.
13. Priority and Business Support
Priority support affects queue placement and internal response objectives.
It does not guarantee:
- Immediate response;
- Twenty-four-hour staffing;
- A particular resolution;
- Completion within a fixed period;
- Escalation beyond available personnel;
- Approval of a listing, payout, refund, or request.
The Business plan receives the highest-priority ticket queue among the standard plans, subject to emergency, safety, legal, fraud, security, and system-wide priorities.
14. Dedicated Business Consultations
Business members may receive up to 24 consultation hours per membership year.
Consultations:
- Require an appointment;
- Are subject to availability;
- Must be used during the active membership year;
- Do not roll over unless GSO expressly approves otherwise;
- Have no cash value;
- Are nontransferable unless GSO approves an authorized business representative;
- May be delivered in scheduled increments;
- May require advance information or preparation.
Consultation time may include scheduled meetings and, when disclosed, reasonable preparation or follow-up work directly connected to the consultation.
Unused consultation hours expire at the end of the membership year.
Consultations provide general business support and do not guarantee revenue, funding, legal compliance, approval, or another result.
15. CrownThrive Perks
Business members may receive up to $500 in eligible CrownThrive ecosystem benefits per membership year.
CrownThrive Perks:
- Are subject to availability;
- Apply only to benefits identified as eligible;
- May be delivered as credits, services, access, upgrades, discounts, or other stated benefits;
- May have individual redemption conditions;
- Have no cash value;
- Are nontransferable unless approved;
- Expire when the membership year ends unless expressly stated otherwise;
- Are capped at an aggregate stated value of $500 per membership year.
The stated value may be based on the ordinary price or assigned promotional value of the benefit.
Perks are not seller earnings and cannot be requested through PayPal payout.
16. CrownThrive Partner Discounts
Business members may receive 25% off eligible CrownThrive products and services.
The discount:
- Applies only to offerings expressly identified as eligible;
- Does not apply to taxes, third-party costs, pass-through expenses, seller products, payouts, or excluded offerings;
- May not be combined with another promotion unless expressly allowed;
- Applies during the active membership term;
- Is nontransferable;
- Has no cash value;
- May be subject to quantity, scheduling, availability, or usage limits.
The discount does not require CrownThrive to accept a project, provide an unavailable service, or deliver work outside its stated capacity.
17. Benefit Limits and Availability
Membership benefits are subject to:
- Plan eligibility;
- Account good standing;
- Annual limits;
- Appointment availability;
- Technical availability;
- Geographic and legal restrictions;
- Reasonable use;
- Separate offering terms;
- Operational capacity.
A benefit may not be exchanged for cash, seller proceeds, affiliate earnings, or PayPal payout.
Benefits reset at the beginning of a new paid membership term unless otherwise stated.
18. Permitted Membership Use
Memberships may be used only for the enrolled member or eligible business.
Members may not use benefits for:
- Resale;
- Unauthorized third parties;
- Fraud;
- Account circumvention;
- Excessive automated activity;
- Unlawful listings;
- Harassment or abuse;
- Another prohibited purpose.
19. Account Sharing and Transfers
A membership may not be sold, rented, transferred, sublicensed, or assigned without GSO’s prior written approval.
A Business member may authorize personnel to operate the business account through approved permissions, but the member remains responsible for all account activity.
Login credentials should not be shared outside authorized account-management procedures.
20. Plan Upgrades
A member may upgrade when an eligible higher plan is available.
The upgrade checkout must disclose:
- The amount due;
- The new plan;
- The effective date;
- The new expiration date;
- Whether prior payments are credited;
- Any effect on benefits and limits.
GSO may offer prorated credit, a full new term, or another disclosed upgrade method.
21. Plan Downgrades
A downgrade may take effect immediately or at the end of the current paid term, as disclosed.
A downgrade may affect:
- Product limits;
- Active listings;
- Support priority;
- Consultations;
- Perks;
- Discounts;
- Other plan features.
A member may be required to archive or deactivate listings exceeding the lower plan limit.
22. Expiration of Paid Plans
When Creator Pro or Business expires without renewal:
- Paid-plan features end;
- Support priority changes;
- Unused consultations and annual benefits expire;
- Partner discounts end;
- The account may revert to Creator;
- Listings exceeding the Creator limit may be restricted, archived, or require member action.
Plan expiration does not cancel completed transactions or eliminate outstanding seller obligations.
23. Renewal and Automatic Renewal
23.1 Current Fixed-Term Structure
Creator Pro and Business are treated as one-year fixed-term memberships unless the checkout expressly states that automatic renewal is enabled.
23.2 Manual Renewal
Under manual renewal, the membership ends at expiration unless the member affirmatively purchases another term.
23.3 No Undisclosed Renewal
GSO will not treat a membership as automatically renewing merely because the member previously purchased a one-year plan.
23.4 Future Automatic Renewal
GSO may offer optional automatic renewal in the future only through a checkout flow that clearly presents and obtains agreement to the recurring terms.
24. Automatic-Renewal Consent and Disclosures
When automatic renewal is offered, GSO will provide legally required disclosures before enrollment, which may include:
- That the plan continues until canceled;
- The recurring price;
- Billing frequency;
- Term length;
- Whether the price may change;
- Cancellation policy;
- How to cancel;
- Any minimum commitment;
- Free-trial or promotional terms;
- Other material conditions.
Where required, GSO will obtain affirmative consent and provide an acknowledgment that the member can retain.
GSO will provide required notices concerning material changes, free trials, and upcoming renewals.
25. Canceling Automatic Renewal
When automatic renewal is enabled, GSO will provide a timely, cost-effective, and easy-to-use cancellation method as required by applicable law.
Cancellation of renewal:
- Stops future renewal charges;
- Does not automatically refund the current term;
- Generally permits access through the end of the paid term;
- Must be completed before the applicable renewal deadline.
A member will not be required to interact with a live representative to cancel unless legally permitted and consistent with the method used to enroll.
26. Membership Cancellation
A member may request cancellation through the available account or Help Center process.
Cancellation may:
- End future renewal;
- End access immediately when requested and technically supported;
- Leave access active through expiration;
- Require resolution of outstanding seller transactions;
- Remain subject to applicable refund terms.
Canceling a membership does not automatically close the GSO account or eliminate existing seller obligations.
27. Membership Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly approved, paid membership fees are non-refundable after activation.
A refund may be considered when:
- A duplicate charge occurred;
- GSO charged the wrong amount;
- The paid plan was never activated because of GSO fault;
- GSO permanently discontinues the plan without providing substantially equivalent remaining access;
- Applicable law requires a refund;
- Another documented exceptional circumstance warrants a discretionary remedy.
GSO may consider the member’s use of:
- Expanded product capacity;
- Priority support;
- Consultations;
- Perks;
- Discounts;
- Other paid benefits.
No prorated refund is guaranteed for voluntary mid-term cancellation.
28. Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments
If a membership payment fails, is reversed, charged back, or determined unauthorized, GSO may:
- Decline activation;
- Suspend paid features;
- Revert the account to an eligible lower plan;
- Restrict excess listings;
- Recover an outstanding balance;
- Restrict future membership purchases;
- Take other lawful action.
A member may not retain paid benefits after reversing the associated payment without a lawful basis.
29. Changes to Plans and Benefits
GSO may prospectively change plan features, product limits, prices, support models, benefits, or eligibility.
For an active paid term, GSO will not materially reduce purchased benefits without:
- Providing a substantially equivalent benefit;
- Providing an appropriate credit or remedy;
- Obtaining member agreement;
- Acting as required by law, safety, security, or unavoidable operational necessity.
Changes applying to a future renewal will be disclosed before the renewal where required.
30. Discontinued Plans
GSO may discontinue a membership plan or feature.
When a paid plan is discontinued during an active term, GSO may:
- Continue access through expiration;
- Move the member to a substantially comparable plan;
- Provide a prorated credit or refund;
- Provide another reasonable remedy.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the affected benefit, remaining term, legal requirements, and operational circumstances.
31. Suspension and Termination
GSO may suspend or terminate membership benefits for:
- Violation of the Terms or Trust Center policies;
- Fraud;
- Chargeback abuse;
- Harassment;
- Prohibited products or services;
- Account sharing or transfer;
- Benefit abuse;
- Excessive automated use;
- Failure to pay amounts owed;
- Legal, safety, payment, or security risk.
Termination for material misconduct does not automatically create a membership refund right.
Suspension does not eliminate obligations arising from completed transactions, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payouts, or negative balances.
32. No Guaranteed Business Results
Membership does not guarantee:
- Sales;
- Revenue;
- Profit;
- Marketplace traffic;
- Search ranking;
- Customer leads;
- Funding;
- Partnerships;
- Business approval;
- Successful consultations;
- Another commercial result.
Members remain responsible for their products, pricing, fulfillment, marketing, operations, and business decisions.
33. Disclaimers and Liability
Membership features and benefits are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GSO does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every feature, immediate support, availability of every consultation date, or continued availability of every ecosystem benefit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSO’s aggregate liability relating to a paid membership will not exceed the membership fee paid for the current term giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit GSO to limit.
34. Disputes
Membership disputes are governed by the informal-resolution, governing-law, arbitration, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, and forum provisions in the Terms & Conditions.
Before initiating a legal proceeding, submit a Help Center ticket using:
Membership Legal Dispute Notice
The notice should identify the member, plan, transaction, disputed term, amount, requested resolution, and supporting information.
35. Changes to These Terms
GSO may update these Terms prospectively to reflect legal, membership, pricing, benefit, payment, or operational changes.
The revised Terms will display an updated Last Updated date.
Material changes affecting automatic renewal, price, or an active paid term will receive the notice and consent required by applicable law.
